    Description

    Here is a very neat fraternal ribbon from an East Saint Louis IL ILL event which occurred in July of 1912 at the Falling Springs Park, which is outside Dupo ILL north of Columbia and the Monroe County line.   Lots of events from ESTL occurred there as that was the big park you could take the train or streetcar trolley line to at that time.   Pete Francatee Committee Executive ribbon, not sure which organization this was.  A great piece of ESTL history here!!  Some light fading as shown, ribbon was made by the Stenger Engraving and Badge COmpany in St Louis MO Missouri.  109 years old!!   Near Belleville, Granite City, Collinsville, Lebanon, O'Fallon, Mascoutah, Waterloo, Millstadt, Freeburg, Troy, Maryville, highland, Alton, edwardsville, Bethalto, Marissa, New Athens, Red Bud etc near downtown STL.
