Hardcover.  Illustrated with 3 floor plans for meeting spaces. The front free endpaper bears an embossed seal of "The Bear Mountain Grange Waterford, Maine."
Good condition. Bound in publisher's original brown cloth. The boards are in  good condition -- slight scuffing to the spine, boards and mild corner bumps. Binding and hinges are  good.  Book is square.  The pages are clean and entirely unmarked save for an embossed seal on the front free endpaper and a number. All illustrations intact and complete. Mild foxing to endpapers.
90 pages complete as published.
Contents Include instruction on
the rituals, degrees, installation of officers, and ceremonies of the Grange.
