    When I was a child more than 40+ years ago my father was in the antique jewelry business.
    From time to time he would come home with different treasures and occasionally he would let me "acquire" them!

    This is a beautiful New old stock (NOS) antique/vintage Yellow Gold (unmarked...don't know if gold or  gold tone) Enamel  Lapel Pin with the letters SMPB with a DE in the center.
    It measures approx. 11.5 mm x 11.5 mm (just under 1/2" x just under 1/2").
    This has beautiful patina.
