Vintage NEOP ( New England Order of Protection) medal and ribbon measures 5 -1/4" overall and is complete with star indicating member states.

The NEOP was a fraternal society inclusive of New England states and was founded in 1887. Its principles included, equity, benevolence and charity.
They merged with the Woodmen of the World in 1969.
